Log in in by visiting https://ts360.baker-taylor.com. You'll be prompted for your username and password on the right-hand side of the screen. After your information is entered, click the orange 'Log In' button.
A great feature of both the log in page and homepage is that each features titles that change periodically so you have a fresh perspective on titles that are up & coming, relevant, and bestselling right when you login!

The homepage provides you with every tool that you'll need to navigate through the TS 360 site with ease. Please read the captions below for further information on the types of functionalities each section provides.
- Viewing and managing your carts is easy – click on the orange 'Carts' sidebar displayed on all pages of this website to bring you the full list of your current and past carts.
- The main tool bar is located just below the standard search functions. From here, you can browse titles, view promotional materials, manage and upload carts, connect to Online Customer Support, manage your TS360 profile, and much more.
- Standard search functions can be found at the top of the page: Product Search, Advanced Search Link, and Saved Search Link. In the Product Search field, Type Ahead functionality is provided in which the top 10 related titles populate in an extended text field (ranked by popularity). Also in Product Search, you can enter an ISBN, UPC, or keywords such as: Title, Author, Artist, BISAC Subject and Library Subject.
- Your Primary Cart is displayed at the top of every page of TS 360 for quick and easy access for adding titles to the cart, viewing the Cart Details, and submitting the cart for ordering. Please note: *You can only have one primary cart at a time.*
- If you need assistance at any time while navigating the site, click on the link in the 'Need Help?' box on the bottom right of your screen. The link will flash 'We're Online' during office hours, and you will be able to start a live chat. The link will flash 'We're Offline' during closed hours in which you will be able to leave a message for our tech support team.
- Be sure to pay close attention to System Notifications posted on the site. If there is a notification (e.g. planned system outage for updates), the notification message will appear when you hover over the name or icon.
To customize your user experience, click on 'My B&T' located on the top tool bar. Choose 'My Preferences' from the dropdown menu.
After clicking 'My Preferences,' you will be taken to the following screen *the screen below is for Retail customers*:
- Your personalized selection of Product Types will limit your search results to only those products; e.g. if 'Book' is the only product type selected, your search results will be limited to book product only. Additionally, certain areas of your homepage will be limited to displaying predominately book product (i.e. Promotions and Trends Banners).
- You have the option of setting your dup check preferences to search all of your personal carts [My Carts] and the accounts within your organization that you are directly linked to [My Accounts] or you have the capability to search all user created carts within your organization [All Carts] as well as all accounts within your organization [All Accounts].
- Be sure to check your default account settings. The pricing displayed throughout the site is directly linked to your default accounts. If your default account settings are left blank, site pricing will reflect the default accounts assigned at your organization's Administrator level.
In the General Tab, you have the ability to update your email address, change your password, set your default account(s) (*the pricing displayed throughout the site is based on your default account settings*), customize your search and cart preferences, set dup check preferences, and apply product type filters to all of your searches. *My Preferences Tip: We suggest setting the 'Search Result Sort By' product search preference to 'Popularity' to ensure you retrieve the most relevant titles every time you complete a search.

The Product Search function provides access to the powerful TS 360 search capabilities. It's a quick way to look up specific information on a title using ISBN, UPC or KEYWORDS (Title, Author, Artist, BISAC subject, Library subject). You have already taken steps to refine your search if you have completed the Search Preferences fields in the 'My Preferences' screen.
To begin your product search, enter your search query into the textbox (ISBN, UPC or KEYWORDS) field and click the search icon or hit the enter key on your keypad. If you would like to refine your search results even more, look to the left of your screen and use the 'Refine Your Search' column to apply additional filters or type in keywords in the 'Search Within Results' textbox to further drill down your search results, i.e. Author, Title, Subject, Merchant Category, etc. You can filter results by Product Type, Included Format, Release Date, etc. Additional sort options can be found in the 'Sort By' dropdown menu. If you set your 'Search Result Sort By' preference to 'Popularity,' your results will always sort by popularity first, but we offer the flexibility to alter the 'Sort By' functionality with each search if needed.
TS 360 has three different search result formats: Table, Stacked, and Tile. This is an option that you can set as a default in your 'My Preferences' tab or you can select your view preference from your search results page. If selecting from a search results page, the view selections are located in the top right corner of your results.
Table Format (1st option) :

Both Table and Stacked views provide inventory counts from all four Baker & Taylor warehouses. The asterisk beside a warehouse serves as an indicator for your primary warehouse. Inventory data is updated hourly; additionally, a real time inventory link is provided in the Title Details page (the Title Details page can be retrieved by clicking on the highlighted title link in the Search Results page).
Tile Format (3rd option, *does not show inventory) :
When product information is displayed, the discount price is listed first in bold black, the list price follows in grey, and the discount percentage amount is displayed in green (*Please note: Displayed discount % is specific to retail customers). Any title in which no additional discount is given will display the net/discount price, the list price, and the discount percentage amount will show as 0%.
Active Link Icons in Search Results:
There are numerous active icons within a search results page that alert you of additional information available for a title.
Clicking on the below icons will take you directly to the corresponding item/cart detail:

If 'All Carts' was selected, dup check will search all open user carts within your organization.)
= Duplicate title in order; detail will show all carts and orders the title exists in (*Please note: This capability must be set in the 'My Preferences' section of the site. If 'My Accounts' was selected for your dup check cart preference, the cart detail in the dup check will only search the orders placed in the accounts that you are linked to. If 'All Accounts' was selected, dup check will search all orders placed within your organization.)

TS 360 gives you the option of emailing title information to a friend. Simply click on the envelope icon located below the discount price. When the icon is clicked, the 'Email Content to a Friend' pop up box will appear. Multiple email addresses can be entered (be sure to separate the email addresses by a semicolon).
Item Details Page:
To retrieve additional information on a title after the search results page appears, click on the desired title hyperlink.
After clicking on the title, you will be directed to the Item Details page. All available title information is on this page: General title information, stock availability, on hand/on order inventory from all four warehouses, real time inventory link, additional content, alternate formats (can add titles to a cart from tab), top 5 related items (can add titles directly to a cart), and the option of adding the title to a cart.

-The Detail tab provides annotation(s), product information, classification, physical format and description, numerous subject categories, accelerated reader level, reading counts, B&T specific data, etc.
-The Additional Content tab provides full annotations, a biography, and a flap copy if applicable.
-The Alternate Formats tab provides a list of all formats available for the title, i.e. Compact Disk, DVD, Spoken Word, Paperback, etc. You have the ability to add an alternate format title to a cart from this tab. The duplicate cart and order indicator is active in this tab as well.
-The Excerpts tab provides an excerpt from the book:
Detailed warehouse information is displayed on the right side of your Item Details screen. Your Primary (*) and Secondary warehouses (**) are indicated by asterisks and on hand/on order information is displayed. You also have the option of clicking on the 'Real Time Inventory' link located directly below the warehouse stock levels. As mentioned previously, warehouse levels displayed on your Search Results page as well as your Item Details page are updated hourly, but a real time inventory snap shot of your Primary warehouse is provided for you as well on the Item Details page.
TS 360's search capabilities also features an Advanced Search function. Click on the 'Advanced Search' link located to the right of the product search textbox.
To begin your advanced search, you must first select the product type by choosing one of the product tabs (books, music or movies). Then, using the drop down, select the search terms you would like to use in your advanced search (keywords, title, subject, etc.) and enter your search query into each applicable textbox. Click the search button if you've added all of your search indicators.
To increase your search criteria, click on the 'add more terms' button. If you are entering multiple search queries, please include a Boolean operator (AND, OR, NOT). An asterisk (*) is a multiple character wildcard. A question mark is a wildcard that signifies a one-character variable; e.g. L?S would yield titles containing both Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
You may also filter your search further by selecting items in the 'Filters' section. You can filter by Format, Publish Date, Publish Status, Edition, and Language.
Once you have chosen your specified search terms and filters, click the 'Search' button. If this is a search that you would like to save and use on a routine basis, click on the 'Save This Search' button located at the top of your search results. A new pop up will appear in which you can name your search to easily identify your saved searches. Click 'Save' after naming your search.
To retrieve your saved search at any time, click on the Saved Searches link located in the Product Search toolbar at the top of each page.
Creating and managing your carts and folders has never been easier! Baker & Taylor has made such actions obtainable by one click on any page of the TS 360 site with the addition of the Carts Drawer. The Carts Drawer resembles an orange folder tab that opens when clicked to display all of your folders as well as system created folders (Default Folder, Ordered & Submitted Carts, Shared/Received Carts, Archived Carts, and Deleted Carts). To view your carts, simply click on the Carts Drawer, then click on the 'View All Carts' link or click on the chosen folder in which you would like to view the desired carts. To navigate to the Manage Carts page, click on the 'Manage Carts' link located in the upper right corner of the Carts Drawer. To create a new cart and/or folder, click on the 'New Cart' and/or 'New Folder' button and follow the prompts as directed. Detailed instructions on creating and managing your carts and folders are included in the Creating and Adding Titles to a Cart, Managing Carts, and Creating Folders sections of this guide.
- Carts Drawer
- Carts are viewable within the Carts Drawer by clicking on 'View All Carts' or clicking on the desired folder in which you would like to view its carts.
There are four different ways to create a new cart. One method is by using the 'Manage Carts' link under Carts located in the homepage toolbar. After clicking on 'Manage Carts,' click on the New Cart button located on the right side of the page just above the cart list.
A 'Create New Cart' message prompt will appear. Enter the Cart Name and PO #. The PO # can have up to 40 characters; acceptable characters are A-Z (letters must be capitalized), 0-9, and _ (underscore). Choose which account you would like the order to be placed under and which folder you would like the cart to be placed in (you have the option to create a new folder, see New Folder button). Also choose whether you would like this cart to serve as your Primary Cart. Your Primary Cart will always be featured at the top of every page in TS 360 for quick, easy access. Click OK when the applicable fields are completed.
Secondly, a cart can be created by clicking on the Carts Drawer on any page of the site, clicking on the New Cart button, and following the Create New Cart details listed above.
Once carts have been created, you can view all of your carts from the Carts Drawer. Click on 'View All Carts' to have a full list of all carts displayed.
- Primary Cart Icon
- Open Cart Icon; any cart name that does not have the navy cart icon beside of it indicates the cart has been ordered.
Thirdly, a new cart can be created when adding titles to a cart. After your search results populate, select the title(s) that you would like to place in a cart and enter the desired quantity for ordering in the Qty field next to each selected title. Hover over the 'Add' button next to the selected title; click on 'Add to New Cart.' Tip: You can select a title or titles for your primary cart by clicking on 'Add Page', 'Add All 'or' Add Selected to Cart' (after selecting the desired titles). Please note these functions will add to your Primary Cart only. An 'Item Added Successfully' message will not appear for items added to your Primary Cart; however, you will see that the total quantity in your Primary Cart toolbar will change to reflect the titles and quantities that you have added to the cart.
After clicking on 'Add to New Cart,' the Create New Cart message prompt will appear. Complete the necessary fields and check if you would like the cart to be designated as your Primary Cart. Click OK when finished.
An 'Items Added Successfully' message will appear that displays your new cart name.
TS 360 will allow you to add a title to any open cart quickly. Once the desired title is selected and the order quantity is entered, hover over the 'Add' button. A dropdown menu will appear next to the 'Add' button that will list your primary cart first, succeeded by the most recent 5 carts that you have accessed. If the cart of choice is listed, click on the cart name. An “Item Added Successfully” message will appear for any of the carts selected except for your Primary Cart. If your desired cart is not a part of the 6 listed, click on 'Add to a Cart.'
Tip: Remember to set your Default Quantity in the 'My Preferences' section of the site. This will ensure that every title that populates in a search result will automatically have the default quantity that you set (e.g. 1) , thus saving you an extra step in ordering.
The 'Carts' drawer will open to the left of your screen. Click on 'View All Carts' to see a list of all of your open carts. Click the ADD button next to the desired cart.
After clicking the ADD button, the following “Items Added” message will appear to display that the item was added successfully to the desired cart.
Please note: There is a 9,999 line limit for all carts; the limit is for line item, not the quantity of each title. Please recognize that response time will be increased when working with larger carts (sorting, downloading, etc.). The 'Search Within Cart' and 'Refine Your Search' facets will enable users to maneuver through large carts. When batch uploading a file, if the file contains more than 9,999 lines, a second cart will be created by the site automatically.
The batch import function is another way in which a new cart can be created, and it allows you to upload multiple titles and quantities to a cart instantly. TS 360 contains three separate options for uploading a title list: a Basic upload batch entry, a Copy & Paste process, and an Import from File method.
Basic Batch Entry:
This option allows for manually entering ISBNs/UPCs and placing them into a new or open cart. Enter the ISBN 10 or ISBN 13/UPCs and their specified quantities in the boxes provided. *The system will reject any ISBN or UPC entered with dashes.* You can select a fill default quantity once all titles have been keyed; the 'Fill Default Qty' will be added for all items entered. If all boxes are filled and you still have additional ISBNs/UPCs to enter, click on the '+ add another row' link which will add an additional row of boxes to enter ISBNs/UPCs. Upon completion, click the Validate button which will verify all of the ISBNs/UPCs entered are valid. If any of the boxes contain invalid information, an alert message will be displayed near the top of the page “! Product validation failed – see basic tab for errors.” An error message detailing what the issue is will be located under the invalid item. In most cases you will see the error: Invalid ISBN/UPC.
Correct the necessary items and click 'Validate' to ensure all information is valid. If all information is correct, you will see a 'Products were validated successfully' message. Before clicking the save button, be sure that you select the cart in which you want the items placed. This task can be done before or after the desired ISBNs/UPCs have been entered. Click on the 'Choose Cart' link located directly above the batch entry format tabs. The 'Carts' drawer will appear, and you will be able to select an open cart by clicking the 'View All Carts' link or you can create a new cart by clicking 'New Cart' and following the previously outlined steps. Once the cart has been chosen, you will see the selected cart name next to 'Destination.' Click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page to save the ISBNs/UPCs to your cart.
Copy & Paste:
This option allows you to copy and paste ISBNs/UPCs from another document or page to TS 360. When you copy and paste your ISBNs/UPCs the lists should appear as follows:
- ISBN/UPC only
- ISBN/UPC & Quantity
If a quantity is not specified the default quantity is 1.
Be sure to select the cart in which you want the ISBNs/UPCs placed prior to clicking the Save button. Follow the same process outlined in Batch Entry regarding how to select the cart.
Import from File:
This option allows you to import a .txt, .csv or .xls file containing ISBNs/UPCs into your cart. The .txt and .csv files should be arranged as follows:
- ISBN/UPC only
- ISBN/UPC & Quantity
The system will reject any ISBN or UPC entered with dashes. The .xls document can be organized as above with all information being placed in column A within the document. You can also organize the information with the ISBN/UPC in the A column and the Quantity in the B column. Either format will provide the same result. *Please note: All title information needs to be entered in Sheet 1.*
To select the file to import, click the Browse button. This will open a 'Choose File to Upload' box which will allow you to browse your computer's storage to select the file. Once you have selected the file, click the 'Open' button. Select the cart in which you want the desired items imported, then click the Save button. You will now see a message at the top of the screen. A green message will indicate how many items were added to your cart successfully, and it will also indicate that there were no issues with your ISBN/UPCs. A red message will indicate how many items were added to the cart, but will indicate that there was one or more invalid ISBNs/UPCs. The Basic entry screen will be displayed with a list of ISBNs/UPCs that were invalid. You will need to correct these and click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page to save these ISBNs/UPCs to your cart.
To manage your carts, click on the 'Manage Carts' link located in the 'Carts' Tab on the main toolbar. You will be directed to the Manage Carts page below where you can view all of your carts (open, ordered and deleted), create new carts and folders, view specific carts by filtering, and submit carts as orders. *Please note: When clicking 'Manage Carts,' you will land in the folder in which your primary cart sits. To retrieve a cart list in another folder, simply click on the desired folder name in the Folder List section in the top left corner of your screen.
- Filter Carts by time frame (Recent Carts), account type, and cart status. This option only works for the current folder selected.
- In this section: You can create and name folders to organize your carts by date, B&T Lists, New Releases, etc. You can also view all open carts, Ordered & Submitted carts, as well as Archived and Deleted carts.
- Create New Folder
- You can search carts by Title, ISBN/UPC, BISAC Subject, Library Subject, Account #, Cart Name, PO Number, Cart Owner, and Primary Physical Format. Be sure to select which folder you want to search in. For example, entering in Life of Pi and selecting “All folders” will yield all carts in which Life of Pi has been added.
- Click on cart name to go to the Cart Details screen where you can view all titles added to the cart.
Upon gaining access to TS 360, a Default Folder is automatically created for you. This is a system folder that cannot be deleted. Each user has the ability to create additional folders if desired. A new folder can be created from several locations in the site – Manage Carts, Carts Drawer, and Batch Entry. From the Manage Carts screen, a new folder can be created from the Carts/Folder section below:
By clicking on the 'New Folder' button, a New Folder message prompt will appear. Type in the name of your new folder and select whether you would like the folder to be a subfolder in the current folder that your Manage Carts screen is in or a Root Folder (parent folder). If you are creating your first folder and you select 'Current Folder' as the destination of your newly created folder, the Current Folder will be the Default Folder; therefore, your new folder will be a subfolder of the Default Folder. Click the 'Create' button when finished.
By selecting 'Current Folder', the new folder “New Folder Test” is now a subfolder under the Default Folder.
If 'Root' was selected in the New Folder message prompt, the new folder “New Folder Test 1” would show as a parent folder.
Please note: A folder can have a maximum of three levels; e.g. test3 (Parent Folder) > Test4 (subfolder of test3) > testing0 (subfolder of Test4). If an additonal folder level is attempted, you will receive an error message.
You have many options to choose from when it comes to managing your carts in TS 360. You can 'Submit Order' directly from the Cart list or you can Print Cart, Download/Export Cart, Delete Cart, Make Cart Primary, Rename Cart, and Move Cart to Folder by selecting the desired action in the dropdown menu located on the right of each cart listed.
*Submitting an order will be detailed in proceeding section of guide.*
After clicking on 'Print Cart' from the individual cart dropdown menu, your cart list will open in a new screen already formatted to print immediately.

- The print screen of an ordered cart will show the order status of each line item (this can also be seen on the Carts Detail page) as well as a summary of the titles ordered, confirmed, backordered, and cancelled. The list and net totals will also be included. ** Please note: Confirmed stands for “Shipped” and In Process stands for “Item has been confirmed for shipping.” **
After clicking 'Download/Export Cart' from the individual cart dropdown menu, a Choose Download Format prompt will appear. You will have the option of choosing among five formats: Simple, POS, Basic Title ASCII, Basic Title ASCII Expanded, and MARC Download.
Once your format is chosen, you have the option of changing your cart status to "Downloaded." Next, click the 'Download' button. A 'Choose Action' message will appear in which you can either 'Save' the format and export it to a file on your pc or you can 'View' the download format in a new screen.

If exporting the download format, you have the option to Open or Save the file with the recommended default application or choosing another Helper Application. Click 'OK' after selecting your desired application. The Simple format is a DAT file:

Click 'OK' after selecting your desired application. The POS format is a csv file. *Please note: If opening the csv file, ISBN's will be formatted in scientific notation. For ISBN's to be formatted correctly, the csv file will need to be imported and the field defined as a text field.*:

This format automatically yields to the 'Save' option after clicking the 'Download' button.
The Download progression bar will appear:
Once downloaded, you have the option to Open or Save the file with the recommended default application or choosing another Helper Application. Click 'OK' after selecting your desired application.
The MARC download format is an mrc file:
After clicking 'Delete Cart' from the individual cart action dropdown menu, a Warning prompt will appear:
Click 'OK' and a Success message will appear:
Your deleted cart will remain in your Deleted Carts folder for 7 days (this allows you time to retrieve information from the cart or restore the cart to an open status *further detail on the restore cart process is in proceeding section of guide).
By clicking on the Deleted Carts folder during your 7 day window, you have the ability to Print, Download/Export, and Rename your Cart by clicking on the individual cart's action dropdown menu.
Make Cart Primary:
After clicking 'Make Cart Primary' from the individual cart action dropdown menu, the assigned cart name, total items, qty, and total cost will appear in the Primary Cart section of the main toolbar.
The primary cart icon will also appear by the cart name:
**Remember, the Manage Carts list always lands in the folder where you primary cart sits. If your newly assigned primary cart is in a different folder from your previous primary cart, the cart list will change in your Manage Carts screen. You can always view different cart lists; you will simply need to click on the desired folder that you would like to view.
After clicking 'Rename Cart' from the individual cart action dropdown menu, an 'Edit Cart Name' prompt will appear. Enter the new cart name in the text field and click 'Save.' The new name will appear in the Cart List.
Move Cart to Folder:
After clicking 'Move Cart to Folder' from the individual cart action dropdown menu, a 'Move to Folder' prompt will appear. Select a folder to move the cart to from either the dropdown menu or you have the option to create a New Folder.
If you choose to create a new folder, enter the folder name, determine if you want it to be placed as a subfolder under the Current Folder displayed in your Manage Carts list (select Current Folder) or added as a Root Folder (select Root), and click 'Create.'
The new folder name will appear in the dropdown menu. Click the 'Move and View Carts' button or the 'Move Carts Without Viewing' button. If you click the 'Move and View Carts' button, a cart list will appear in the newly created folder.
Selected Cart Actions:
The 'Selected Cart Actions' dropdown menu is located at the top of your Manage Carts list. Here, you can create a copy of a cart(s), move a cart to another folder, and also merge, archive, delete, and restore a cart. These actions can be performed on multiple carts at one time by simply selecting the desired carts from your carts list. The 'move cart to folder' and 'delete cart' actions follow the same steps detailed under the individual cart actions. Other cart actions are detailed below.
Create Copy of Cart(s):
Check the desired cart(s) for which you would like to create a copy of in the cart list displayed. Next, click 'Create Copy of Cart(s)' from the Selected Cart Actions dropdown menu.
A Create Copy of Cart(s) message prompt will appear. Select the folder in which you want your copied cart(s) to be placed from the dropdown menu. You may also create a new folder if desired. Click 'Copy Carts' when the desired folder has been selected.
The copied cart will appear in the cart list directly under the original cart selected for duplication. The copied cart will have the same name with (1) added to the end as a 'copy' indicator.
Select the desired carts you would like to merge and click 'Merge Cart' from the Selected Cart Actions dropdown menu. A Merge Carts message prompt will appear. You will need to select the Target Cart in which you would like all selected carts to be merged into. Next, check the desired carts for deletion. Click on 'Merge Carts' upon completion or select 'New Cart' if you would like to create a new cart.
If the carts selected for merging contain different accounts, a warning prompt will appear. The selected carts' accounts and target cart's accounts will be shown. You will have the option of changing the selected carts' accounts if desired. Click 'Continue' to complete the process.
The merged carts items and quantities will appear under the Target Cart.
Select the desired carts you would like to archive. Archiving Carts is another option to remove carts from your active folders without deleting them. Click on 'Archive Cart' from the Selected Cart Actions dropdown menu. The carts will be automatically transferred to the Archived Carts folder. From the Archived Carts folder, you can merge, delete, and copy carts if desired. *Please note: Carts that have not been updated will remain in TS 360 for up to two years; any carts that have not been updated in a two year span will automatically be deleted from the system.*
Additional cart actions and features are available from the Cart Details page. To navigate to the Cart Details page, you must first be in the Manage Carts screen or the Carts Drawer (click on 'View All Carts'); however, if you want to view the Cart Details of your primary cart, you will only need to click on the primary cart name in the Primary Cart listing displayed in the top right corner of every TS 360 page. In the Manage Carts screen or Carts Drawer, click on the desired cart name for which you would like to view further information and perform additional actions. You can also 'Submit Order' from the Cart Details page.
- You can pull titles within your cart by searching by Author, Artist, Title, Subject, Format, etc. You can also refine your search by clicking on the available filters below.
- Edit Cart Name
- Order Line Status *Will only appear in Ordered Carts*
There are 3 tabs on the Cart Details page: Cart Summary, Account Summary, and Notes. The Cart Details page defaults to the Cart Summary tab display.
Cart Summary Tab:
The Cart Summary tab will display the Cart Status, Cart Owner, Total Lines, Items, List & Net Price. There are three cart statuses: Open (the cart has not been submitted for ordering), Submitted (the cart has been submitted for ordering but not yet confirmed), and Ordered (the cart has been submitted and confirmed for shipping).
Account Summary Tab:
The Account Summary tab will display the accounts assigned to the cart. The accounts assigned to the cart will be the accounts that were selected when the cart was initially created or if no accounts were assigned when the cart was created, the accounts shown will be the default accounts. If a cart has book and entertainment product, the cart will automatically assign book product to the default book account and entertainment product to the default entertainment account. If you have numerous book and entertainment accounts, you can select the desired account for the cart product from the dropdown menu for each account type. You may also enter a PO number in the Account Summary if a PO number was not initially assigned during the creation of the cart. Click 'Save' after submitting any changes to the tab. *Please note: If an account is changed, the items in the cart will reflect the pricing of the newly assigned account. You will notice any re-pricing in the Total List Price, Total Net Price, and Estimated Total Cart Price sections.*
The Notes tab can be used to enter Cart Notes for your internal use or Special Instructions for special order handling information for B&T to receive. Each section has a maximum limitation of characters (Cart Notes = 255 and Special Instructions = 50). **Pay close attention to the Special Instructions note at the bottom of the tab: “Use of this field will result in the order going into a temporary hold status which will prevent a title by title confirmation from being received and may result in a delay of the order.”** Click the Save link upon completion of your cart notes and/or special instructions, otherwise the special instructions will not be received by B&T. Depending on the section in which information was entered, you will see a “Notes saved” or “Special Instruction saved” message.
Cart Line Details:
The Cart Line Details page displays similar to the Search Results page. Depending on how title information is viewed within a cart, you can sort titles by multiple options; i.e. Cart Order (This action will sort titles in the order of when a title was added to a cart, clicking 'Sort' once will arrange oldest to newest, clicking Sort a second time will arrange newest to oldest). Click the 'Sort' button after selecting the desired option.
From within the title list, you can also update the quantities of each title within your cart, review duplicate orders and carts, add notes for users within your organization or yourself, and copy/move titles to another cart. **Please note: Moving titles to another cart is an action available for open carts only.**
Users have the capability of copying and moving titles on a cart list from one cart to another.
These buttons will function like the Add button on the search results page showing the last 5 carts accessed in a pop-up. By clicking copy or move, you will be able to copy or move the title to the desired cart.
You may add a note to any title within a cart. The notes can be added from the Search Results page, Title Detail page, and Cart Details Page.
Once 'Add Notes' is clicked on, a Note textbox will appear in which you can enter your note and click Save.
Once saved, the 'Add Notes' button will now read 'Notes.'
Once a cart moves to the “Ordered” status, the Order Line Status will appear for each title in the cart. The Order Line Status will display the B&T order number, the warehouse in which the title is being shipped, and the quantity shipped, in process (confirmed for shipping), cancelled, backordered, and reserved awaiting release. **Please note: The order line status will continue to update from the Carts Detail page until all quantities have been either shipped or cancelled. **
When reviewing your cart details, you can perform Cart Actions and Selected Item Actions to manage and edit your cart as needed.
You can create a copy of a cart and place it in the desired folder as well as download/export a cart using the five formats outlined in the Download Formats > Manage Carts section of the guide.
Selected Item Action:
You can copy, move, and remove (delete) items from your cart from this dropdown menu. Select the items that you want to copy, move, or remove first before selecting the desired item action. **Please note: If your cart is in “Ordered” or “Submitted” status, the only item action available will be 'Copy items to another cart.' Moving and removing items is only available for open carts. **
Copying and moving items from a cart follow the same process outlined previously in guide. To remove items from a cart, first select the titles that you would like to delete from the cart. Next, click on 'Remove items from cart.' A Warning prompt will appear stating that the selected line items will be deleted. Click 'OK.'
Your Total Lines and Total Items listed in the Carts Summary tab will re-populate with their new totals.
From the Cart Details page of the desired cart, click on the Account Summary tab to review the account and PO # assigned to the cart. If there are no changes, click the 'Submit Order' button. You can also change the account of the cart by selecting the desired account from the dropdown menu. Click 'Save' to save any changes and then click the 'Submit Order' button located in the top right of the page. *Please note: TS 360 will automatically separate your cart into two separate orders types: Book and Entertainment. You will have to assign an account and PO# for each order type if your cart contains Book and Entertainment product.*
The Review & Submit Order page will appear. Review your order for accuracy in the Summary tab. You may also enter Special Instructions which will be received by B&T. **Please note: Use of this field will result in the order going into a temporary hold status which will prevent a title by title confirmation from being received and may result in a delay of the order. Special Instructions are applicable to book product only.”** If your order is accurate, click on the Submit Order button. A green “Your order has been submitted successfully” message will appear.
Click 'Back to Cart' to view your cart status as well as the inventory status of each title ordered.
For Home Delivery customers, take an additional step and click on the Home Delivery tab. Select the type of address you will be shipping to (Home Delivery or AFO FPO Address) and enter the Ship to information. Click 'Next Step' after completion.
The 'Next Step' in the ordering process is 'Step 2: Review Order.' On this tab you can review the order detail and choose the shipping method, whether you would like to backorder, gift wrap, include a gift message, and/or add additional fees to the order.
You also have the option to switch the view of the Order Detail to Store View (displays discounts) or Customer View (displays retail price).

After reviewing the Order Detail and submitting the shipping instructions and any additional fees, click the 'Submit Order' button. The message “Your order has been submitted successfully!” will appear.
One of the most convenient features of TS 360 is that it links directly to the Online Customer Support site where you can track orders and shipments, view and print invoices, run backorder reports and more. To go to our Online Customer Support site, click on 'Customer Service' in the main toolbar. A pop-up screen will appear prompting you to login to Online Customer Support. Enter your email address and password to access the site. Please be sure to disable your Pop-Up Blocker for this feature to work. Tip: If you are an existing B&T customer, please use your current OCS log in and password, not your TS 360 log in.
TS 360 provides you with additional features such as B&T Publications, B&T Lists, Promotions, New Release Calendar, and Bisac Browsing. These features can be found in the Browse tab of the main toolbar.
New Release Calendar:
Highlights new product releases in all categories – Books, Movies and Music (or you can select just one category). Moving your mouse over the blue numbers will give you a closer look into the titles available on the selected date. You can scroll down the list or you can click on 'View List Detail' to pull a Search Results Page of all of the new release titles listed on that particular day. From the Search Results Page, you have the ability to add selected titles to your carts. You also have the ability to click on the titles directly from the New Release Calendar, which will take you to the title details page where you can add titles directly to your desired cart.

Features Baker & Taylor's most popular publications in digital format. Click on the Publication Name or jacket image to read current or past issues.
Clicking on the Publication Name will direct you to a page devoted to that particular publication. Archived issues will be available to review as well as the most up to date version.
Click on either the PDF icon or a section of the Table of Contents to take you directly inside the publication.
Inside the Alert publication:
Compilation of popular titles linked to bestseller lists, collections, popular titles, and recent events. Once a list name is clicked on, it will take you to the search results page in which you can add titles directly to your cart of choice.
For example, clicking on Best Sellers will direct you to all of our Bestsellers lists. By clicking on the title of the list that you are interested in, it will take you to a Search Results page that will house all of the titles listed on the chosen list. You can add titles directly to your cart from the Search Results page!
NY Times Children's Picture B&T List Search Results page:
All of our features and promotions in one place! Click on the 'Learn More' button of the listed promotions or 'View our Available Titles' link in the featured promotion. Both will take you to the Search Results Page of the selected promotion where titles can be added directly to your cart.
RiverStream Summer Reading Special Promotion:
Allows you to search titles by Bisac category. Each Bisac category is provided a link that takes you directly to the search results page of all titles included in the desired category.
**Please note: The number detail listed beside the Bisac Subject refers to the amount of times the Bisac subject is mentioned in the site, not the amount of titles that are included in the subject. See below for example: **
- Women Biography & Autobiography Bisac Subject has 9,258 mentioned by the subject name.
After clicking on the Women link, 7,163 titles appeared in the search results.
We hope this guide serves as a great reference tool to aid you in learning how to navigate through our new ordering and searching system, TS 360 (Titlesource 360).
